The Security and Basis Coordinator will work closely with the functional teams and other business teams to ensure coordination of security profiles, the testing or profiles, appropriate system access is available for team members.

The Security and Basis Coordinator will work closely with the functional teams and other business teams to ensure coordination of security profiles, the testing or profiles, appropriate system access is available for team members across all systems as well managing the project systems landscape.

Required skills â€"
• Onboarding of new team members to SAP systems.
• Security requests for access to systems.
• Systems refresh requests for the project for training, testing and sandbox environments.
• Project trouble ticket creation, submission and management.
• Monitoring of security request status.
• Supporting technical issues related to SAP BAPIs and IDOCs.
• Monitoring system performance.
• Monitoring transports and coordinating the release of transports in the SAP system with SAP Production support as required.
• Managing project team software requirements, requests for access to Visio, MS Project, Aris, etc.
• Supporting the FIT testing of security and interfaces with the technical teams and the testing coordinator.

Additional Skills â€"
• 3-5 years working with SAP security and a solid understanding of SAP landscapes and the transport process
• Ability to deal with diverse and complex plans
• Ability to deal with last minutes changes and issues
