Position 1: DEVELOPER / SR. DEVELOPER (Oracle Experienced)

Experience: 3-7Yrs

Minimum Qualifications:

BSEE or CS or equivalent technical degree
Fluent in English. Other languages a plus.
5+ years development in object oriented design and application development using either Java or C++
Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework ADF and Fusion Middleware
Experience with Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
Experience with Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), Business Process Management (BPM), and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM).
Experience in developing BPEL processes and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Web Services.
Experience with Oracle Jdeveloper 11G, J2EE
Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server (11g)
Strong understanding of multi-threading concepts required: thread management, deadlock, thread-safe programming, and concurrency
design patterns.
Understanding of memory issues such as JVM Garbage collection concepts is required
Strong experience with JUnit and other unit tests is required
Strong knowledge of XML processing (DOM, SAX) required.
Experience in distributed multi-tier systems and client-server architectures is required

Team Lead Qualifications:
Solid cross-group collaboration skills and have a history of working with internal partners on technical issues.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
Proven verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively with and direct engineering decisions; Strong managerial presence and professional maturity.
Problem solving skills and the ability to work with senior leaders to establish strategies, project plans and project budgets.

Preferred Qualifications:
MSEE, CS or equivalent technical degree plus
Developing business processes (BPEL), participating in process modeling (BPA) and design workshops, identifying opportunities for

process improvement in working with process analysts and the business users.
Strong experience with documenting the processes to be modeled and implemented.
Create process models in Oracle BPM using the Oracle Business Process Architect software.

Position 2: DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Experience:7-12Yrs

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Development Manager is responsible for the product planning, design, and development of the DCIM Product. Duties include

integration of requirements from customers and product management into detailed designs and implementation plans. Work closely with

corporate architects, product development teams, and services to ensure the technical implementation of assigned projects is completed in

scope, in budget, and on time. Ensure the software is developed and built to corporate standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Participate in full lifecycle platform development
Manage, develop, and implement software services for use in a Service Oriented Architecture
Work with team members to design, code, and debug platform components in various software languages. Key languages and tools are Java and Flex
Evaluate and perform design trade-offs regarding the architecture and software components
Oversee support, maintenance, and documentation of software functionality
Maintain standards compliance
Manage implementation of localization and globalization of software
Recruits and develops software team members.
50% travel required.

Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven technology leader, who has strong technical skills. You should have demonstrated expertise in software development management including designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages.

You should also be proficient with software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis. In addition, you should demonstrate:

Solid cross-group collaboration skills and have a history of working with internal partners on technical issues.
Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
Proven verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively with and direct engineering decisions; Strong managerial presence and professional maturity.
Problem solving skills and the ability to work with senior leaders to establish strategies.
The candidate should be technically proficient and must be able to make sound technical decisions. Experience with SOA principles and Enterprise Service Bus technologies desired.
At least 5-7 years experience in software development management.
The candidate must have at a minimum a BS, BA college degree (degree in computer related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
