Job Position : Design Engineer

Job Location for all positions : Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Desired Education for all positions : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MS

Desired Experience : 2 to 7 Years (Mandatory)

Design :

a) 3 – 9 years of experience in Aerospace Component/structure Design using Catia basic. Good knowledge in drawing reading, GD &T and rework on manufacturing defects (Concessions). The Manufacturing Methods, Planning, Assembly & Installations knowledge are the added advantage.

b) 3 - 9 years of experience in CATIA Part modelling, Assembly modelling, Part and assembly detailing. Should have good understanding of Part/Assembly/BOM configurations with basic engineering knowledge of ASME drafting standards and practices. Exposure to Automotive/Off-highway equipment, Production Machinery, manufacturing environment and team center would be an advantage. Should be quality conscious, self-driven and a good team player with good written and oral communication skills.

Aero structures Analysis - Ansys / Nastran / Patran / Hypermesh / Hand calculations :
2 to 8 years Experience in Aircraft structures preferably in any one of the following areas:
• Analysis of Primary & Secondary (Fuselage, Wing, Empennage) Structures
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Stress analysis (composite & Metallic) and to check the detail stress analysis as per Airbus standards
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance analysis (composite & Metallic)
• Working knowledge on PATRAN/NASTRAN, ABAQUS, Mathcad, Excel VBA and AIRBUS collection programs will be added advantage.

Graphical Programmer :
• Should have 3-8 Year of Experience in C/C++ Programming
• Should have experience in Qt Programming
• Experienced in OpenGL programming
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D graphics programming.

UFunc :
• Should have 2-6 years of experience in UFUNC with good C / C++ / C# programming experience

Knowledge Fusion :
Should have 2-6 years of experience in Knowledge Fusion with good C / C++ / C# programming experience

HMI programmer :
• 3-8 years of experience in HMI programming with an Electrical or Computer Engineering background.
• Should have a basic knowledge of feedback control systems.
• Defining HMI screens, placing objects on the screens, and mapping objects to data points to specific addresses.

LabView Programmer :
• An engineer with a minimum of 3 years of LabVIEW experience, a basic understanding of control systems is required.
