Skill Requirements
1) Technical Skills
a) Hands on knowledge on application development experiences in designing, testing, trouble shooting C#/.Net applications
b) Familiar with .Net 3.5 & 4.0
c) WPF experience and exposure to WPF application frameworks such as Prism (CAL) or MEF will be a nice to have
d) Understanding of DI (IoC) and good design pattern knowledge is a nice to have
e) Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
2) Other skills
a) Very good English (listening, speaking and writing)
b) Good communication & able to work with teams from different cultures
c) Able to work under pressure
d) Able to prioritize one’s own work to handle multi-tasking
e) Self-motivated, fast learner and flexible
f) Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
