Desired Education :
• Only Regular B.E (Any stream)/B.Sc / B.C.A / M.Sc / M.C.A / Diploma 10+2+3 (50% and above across academics)
• Should not have more than 1 year gap between education
Desired Experience : 5 to 7 Years (Mandatory)
Job Description :
1. Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Application or Production support (Mandatory)
2. Should have hands on exposure on Unix, shell scripting, pearl scripting (Mandatory)
3. Should have exposure working on any Banking domain (Mandatory)
4. Should be willing to work in 24/7 Support
5. Should have the ability to multitask and work on multiple applications at the same time
6. Should have hands on exposure on ITIL (Preferably on incidents and problem management)
7. Should have good Communication Skills
8. Should be able to interact with Global Customers
