Job Description :
• Involved in Low-prioritized tickets regarding extractions, Performance Issues and also load failures.
• Handled tickets with different priority and never missed the SLA.
• Monitoring of Process chains and analyzing the reasons for frequent failures of process chains.
• Maintaining Work History for all the tickets until it is closed down.
• Maintaining Reconciliation's to verify the data in SAP R3 and SAP BW are same or not after the data loads.
• Monitoring the data loads using process chains.
• To communicate with the customer who posted the Ticket.
• Involved in both the Activities monitoring and Production Support.
• Replicating the data sources for different Business Requirements.
• Reconstructing the data requests from PSA in case of data load failure.
• Rescheduled the failed delta loads by deleting the time stamps in the BW system.
