Desired Skills :
• Shifts: 24x7 (rotational shifts)
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• 1 to 2 years on-field experience in Hardware and Networking

Job Profile :
• Basic knowledge of Windows installation and Application troubleshooting experience (eg: MS Outlook/Outook Express)
• Knowledge of Antivirus Software Installation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on Windows/Microsoft Updates/Patch Management.
• Patching on antivirus servers, DNS, DHCP, backups.
• Basics knowledge of Servers and AD/ Exchange (optional)
