Mandatory Skills : Manual Testing, Database Testing, Custom Applications

Desired Skills :
• Working knowledge in testing on any business workflow applications (Custom Applications)
• Should have experience in manual testing procedures
• Should have experience of different methodologies of testing like functional testing, integration testing, regression testing etc
• Very strong in database testing
• Have decent exposure in preparing test plans, test scenarios, test cases
• Preparation of test data and peer reviews
• Execution of functional test cases, test result analysis and defect reporting
• Defect management and meeting the committed deadlines
• Ability to multitask and solve complex problems, analytical skills
• Take the ownership of assigned tasks
• Excellent team player skills, communication skills, presentation skills, customer facing skills
• Basic programming skills, SQL statements and procedures.
