Job Description :
• Experience in PC, Printer, Laptop, desktop troubleshooting
• Good in, installation, configuration, OS troubleshooting (Win7 apart from Win 2k, XP etc)
• Experience in outlook OR lotus note, MS word, MS excel
• Should have experience in application support
• Knowledge on blackberry configuration
• Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
• Exposure to media (tape) backups/restore
• Exposure and understanding of ticketing tool
• Understanding of ticketing process – incident/service requests
• Understanding of SLA and meeting targets
• Understanding of Service desk process of logging tickets and allocation
• Understanding of Asset/inventory record process, movements etc
• Understanding to coordinate with vendors/principles
• Understanding of client management, user response (email/verbal)
• Knowledge of Patch Management, infosec/AV updates
• ITIL exposure (good to have)
