Knowledge on other HRMS Modules is an added advantage. §  Should have strong understanding on the HRMS Process Flows §  Should have experience in at least Two to three Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements). §  Should have at least one implementation/Upgrade experience on R12. §  Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements. §  Should have knowledge of Cut-Overs, Roll out Plans and ITIL process. §  Should have knowledge of Conversion Strategies and Project Management. §  Should have good understanding on the CEMLI components.	3-9 Yrs	Hyderabad
21386	Oracle Financials Functional Consultant	§  Should have Product knowledge of all the FIN Modules (GENERAL LEDGER, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ASSETS AND CASH MANAGEMENT Modules). §  Oracle Financials R12 Implementation Mandatory §  Additional knowledge of integrations to and from Projects  plus knowledge on  iExpenses, iReceivables, Advanced Collections, Property Manager, Treasury modules will be a greater advantage. §  Should have experience in at least four – five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements) of which at least one or more should be with Big customer involving team size of 20 and revenue of USD 2 Million Plus. §  Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements.	4-10 Yrs	Hyderabad
