Job Description:-

Ø  Candidate with 6 to 10Years of Exp

Ø  Good communication skills

Responsibilities-

 

Good knowledge of object oriented programming, Report writing using ALV, ABAP lists, sapscripts , smart forms, Dialogue programming, Interfaces, BADIs/BAPIs, User exits/enhancements, BDCs, Workflow, and   LSMW.

- RICE items (Reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancement).

- Understand requirements from functional specifications clearly based on functionality.

- Able to analyze limitations / risks in the solution at early stages and creates solutions accordingly.

- Able to map the requirements to prepare technical specification and implements the solution based on technical specification.

- Should demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.

- Should maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, business users and team members.

- Capable of preparing comprehensive and thorough technical program documentation including specifications, test conditions, test plans and test data.

-  Should possess sufficient knowledge of the quality processes and adopted quality standards in project.

- Support in effort estimation and proposal making from SAP-ABAP side.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Have team planning with the aim of improving team skills, awareness and quality of work.

- Should identify and communicate priorities, timelines, performance, measures, clear accountabilities and performance agreements to the team.

- Have ability to mobilize the team, building momentum to get the things done by clearly and consistently.
