Java/J2EE	3-7 years	3 + yrs experience in Oracle 9i/10g database administration, Oracle software installation, database creation and configuration, RMAN backup and recovery, performance tuning.
Windows Admin	3-7 years	3-7 years exp and at least 3+ years on windows system administration, Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server ,  Enterprise Level knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS/DDNS and DHCP. Operating systems (WinNT/2k/2k3).
Java	3-7 years	Atleast 4 years of experience as Java Developer
Informatica	3-5 years	Atleast 3 years of experience in Informatica
