• BS/MS Computer Science or MBA (Information Systems)
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience
• Application development/consulting experience in the financial services industry
• Extensive experience in application development on J2EE environments â€" Java, Application Servers, XML, Web Services, JSP/JSF, Struts, XSD etc
• Experience with Source Control Software, Microsoft Office Suite and UML modeling
• Strong foundation and expertise to formal SDLC process
• Extensive design and development skills, as well as , strong presentation, communication and organization skills
