Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development (J2EE)

Hands on experience in Designing and Implementing Design Patterns

Extensive knowledge in at least 5 design patterns

Hands on experience is estimation & metrics

Experience in managing, leading and guiding a team technically

Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred

Excellent analytical and problem solving approach

Knowledge on Quality process implementation

Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills

Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)

Relevant Experience: 7- 12 Years
