Job Position : PL/SQL Developer

Job Designation : Technical Consultant

Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka

Desired Qualification : Any Graduate

Desired Experience : 2 to 5 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : PL/SQL

Primary Role :
• Resolve critical issues of customer on war footing
• Improved responsiveness
• Should be able to meet all the set SLA timelines
• Must be able to document all the processes & update regularly
• Update all the tasks / issues
• Reporting on daily / weekly basis
• Assist the customer in the solution upgrade
• Active involvement in regular calls
• Resolve technical & function issues
• Based on new business requirements enhance the product model

Capabilities :
• Knowledge in installation , Configuration of various applications/products etc
• Posses knowledge in industry best practices and process methodology
• Ability to work directly with customers
• Ability to articulate & assess the business problem with right and related questions.
• Ability to analyze problem and provide resolution keeping in mind the impact (technical, functional and operational)
• Good knowledge of Oracle, SQL , PL/SQL.
