Job Responsibilities
Requirements

 Good knowledge of various monitoring tools like Sitescope, team quest, and utilities on UNIX.
 Strong knowledge on Unix scripting and Perl

 Database and application performance tuning background.
 Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests.
 Good oral and written communication skills.
 Excellent problem analysis and creative solution-building skills
 Strong technical, teamwork and partnering skills
Will be involved in:
 Understanding of performance requirements
 Scripting, Scenario design, Test Execution and Analysis
 Making tuning recommendations wherever applicable
 Work with Developers and Functional QA team to understand the application.
 Recommending changes in Application Architecture for better performance.
 Development of monitoring utilities.
 System Characterization
 Web log and application log monitoring and data mining
 Detailed report preparation and ability to identify OLA and Saturation points
