Job Responsibilties : SAP BASIS- Delivery Architecture.
The team expertise includes central landscape governance, where the aim is to plan, establish, and govern sufficient and reliable ABAP / Java development, test, and performance infrastructure landscapes that can be utilized by the development and quality organizations in the Suite Core area.
In the focus area of System Landscapes and Infrastructure Operations, you will plan the operational setup of system landscapes. You will work in close cooperation with the programs and other infrastructure experts in establishing governance processes and contribute towards system strategic planning.
Understand the system landscape architecture at SAP and provide appropriate consultation to the programs and architecture teams
Plan and coordinate integration aspects of ABAP and non-ABAP applications, such as BOBj and on-demand solutions Assess and determine new approaches for virtualization of internal system landscapes, such as cloud computing Work closely together with delivery architecture experts and the architecture governance experts in devising cost-effective and TCO friendly landscape setups for internal SAP usage and for our customers. Interface with other service groups such as DSS and Managed Service in ensuring that the planed systems are available for the programs and the defined operations are running effectively
