Required Skills:

J2EE architecture (JSP/JSF, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, Hibernate, Spring), XML, AJAX, Javascripts, HTML/CSS, Oracle DB
Doing HLD & LLD and doing development of complex modules independently
Exposure to Requirements gathering and bridging gaps
Deep expertise in OOAD and various programming constructs
Hands on expertise on J2EE architecture ( JSP/JSF, Servlets, JMS, JNDI, Hibernate,Spring) and technical mentorship to junior staff
Implementation expertise of design patterns, UML, RUP methodologies
Good analytical skills and problem solving skills and willingness to learn new domains and technologies and stay hands on.
Understand the business problem (implicit and explicit requirements) and develop high quality solution working while working as a great team player.

Driving requirements gathering and JAD sessions
Designing and developing complex solutions spanning across technologies
Architecture assessment and selections
Built technology framework / reusable components
Architecting and designing complex business applications spanning across technologies. Setup and implement best practices to build high quality solution following industry best practices.
Lead and mentor small team and take ownership of their deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks and support project manager in meeting various project metrics.

Contribute as both in individual capacity as well as mentor junior team members. Ensure that the solution implements best practices applicable.
Excellent Communications skills (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
