1) Very strong in Core ASP.NET, C# - Mandatory
2) Should be good in JavaScript - Mandatory
3) SQL Server 2007 (Medium level knowledge) - Mandatory
4) Thorugh Knowledge of Web Services/WCF Services - Mandatory
5) Good knowledge of Silverlight - Mandatory (Experience is Advantage)
6) SQL Server Reporting Services/Crystal Reports - Advantage
7) Usage of Third party components - Advantage
