Technical Skills : (MUST)
• Cobol, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB, DB2, IMS DC
• If there is no experience in IMS DC, the candidate should be capable to grasp this technology with training.
Communication Skills :
The Candidate
• Shall be fluent in spoken English and shall be loud enough to be understood over the phone.
• Shall be good in written English (i.e. mails are correctly spelled, paragraph marks and capitalization of words are used).
• Should have experience with working in distributed teams.
