• Gather and understand specific requirements, technical specification documentation, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, troubleshooting, and code management for assigned projects and deliverables
• Design, development, testing, maintenance, and administration of mainframe systems

Desired Experience : 8 to 10 Years (Mandatory)
Primary Skills :
• Extensive Hands on -experience COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS and IBM Mainframes
Secondary Skills :
• Endevor, SQL Server
Key Accountabilities :
• Should be functionally strong in Life or Health Insurance Processes (Policy processing experience -a plus)
• One to One US customer communication experience is a must.
• Should be analytically strong & crisp in issue resolution with proactive approach.

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
