• Able to undertake Installs (WAS, HTTP Servers) and Maintain via WAS console or prewriten scripts
• Start/Stop Servers
• Basic Problem Diagonsis
• Operational Support
• Basic Application deployments
• Able to progress 70% of Incident/Problem and small change with no addition support
• Able to progress 80% of Incident/Problem and small change under close supervision
• Able to provide on-call support with back up support
