Desired Experience : 4 to 6 Years (Mandatory)

Mandatory Skills : SQL DBA

Desired Candidate Profile :
• Extensive knowledge and working experience in supporting RDBMS production environments.
• Experience of administering (install, configure and maintenance) SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL 2008 and SQL 2005.
• Experience in all of the following SQL Server technologies (Clustering, Mirroring, Replication and Log Shipping, SSIS, P&T)
• Proven knowledge and working experience of backup and recovery techniques
• Excellent analytical, investigation, task Prioritisation, organisation and planning skills,
• Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Ready to work in shifts 24X7 on rotation basis

Job Description :
• Support of Database Environments (Production, Pre-Prod, Test and Dev)
• Aid project teams on DBA team deliverables
• Working to standards and processes in a change controlled and PCI environment
• Driving standards and process improvement.
• Ability to resolve 2nd and 3rd level support calls within agreed SLA's
• Ability to liaise at all levels of IT and the business
• Understanding of Disaster Recovery / BCP solutions and procedures.
• Experience working with in security/hardening best practices
