Siebel CRM Solution Designer
• Study TO-BE processes and identify the ‘best-fit’ components
• Utilize out-of-the-box processes, data model and screen navigations and propose a solution to meet the business need
• Prepare Functional Specifications Design including detailed business processes, proposed screen layout, business rules/validations etc.
• Prepare Interface Specification Design including message input, output and processing logic as well as sample message structure (e.g. DTD/XML).
• Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
• Identify and escalate issues impacting Solution Design phase

• Prepare low level design
• Customisation and configuration of Siebel UI, Business and data layer using Siebel Tools.
• Incorporate business logic using Siebel eScripting.
• Define product model using Siebel eConfigurator.
• Build interface using Siebel WorkFlows and Siebel EAI.
• Gain functional knowledge of specific Siebel module e.g. Order Management
• Provide technical support during various testing phase (CIT, SIT & UAT)
Exp- 3-10 years.
