Experienced Walk-In : QA / Testing @ Hyderabad

Qualification :
BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA or Any Equalent Degree

Sr. Test Engineers & Test Leads

Essentials :
• 3 to 7 years of QA/Testing experience with at least 2 years in Web Testing
• 2+ years of experience with GUI automation tools like Selenium/WatiR/WatiJ or any open source tool using OOP
• Proficient in Object Oriented Programming in Ruby/Java/Python/C#
• Testing in an Agile development life cycle is a plus


Experienced Walk-In : Customer Support @ Hyderabad

Qualification :
Any Graduate

Customer Support Executives
• A minimum of 3 or more years in one or more of the following areas : Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Human Resouces or Account Management
• Direct work experience in dealing with difficult customers, worked in variety of support processes
• Customer communication experience in both phone and Email Support with excellent English communication skills
• Strong Computer and Internet skills with fair understanding of different browsers, operating systems & social applications
• Ability to think strategically, independent in decision making along with strong analytical skills

Team Leads / Managers
Along with the Customer Service experience Team Leads should have
• Experience leading at least 10 people
• Ability to handle difficult situations with a balanced attitude
• Track progress, issues, productivity, quality of team members and mentor them as appropriate
• Provide enough guidance on new processes and take responsibility in delivering as a team
• Ensure team delivers accepted standards of performance
• Report status and metrics to supervisors periodically and implement decisions to improve output and quality
