Cognos	4-10 years	·         The candidate should have Technical Expertise and Experience : ·         - In Cognos & ETL preferably in DataStage. ·         - End to end DW/BI Lifecycle experience ·         - Strong Communication Skills
Datastage	4-8 years	·         Very strong in Oracle 10G, Good experience in writing SQL queries.   ·         Expert in DATASTAGE 7.x  ETL tool. ·         6 to 7 years of IT experience ·         Good Communication and analytical skills
BOXI	4-8 years	·         Extensively hands on experience with SAP BI tools, like BO XI /OLAP (2-3) years of relevant experience ·         Experience in designing SAP Business Objects Universe ·         Must have experience in installation/configuration/ and administration of the SAP ETL and XI environment ·         Good communication and documentation skills ·         Ability to work under pressure on odd hours/weekends ·         Understanding on Data warehouse design principles
BODI	4-8 years	·         Extensively hands on experience with SAP BI tools, like BO DI /OLAP (2-3) years of relevant experience ·         Experience in designing SAP Business Objects Universe ·         Must have experience in installation/configuration/ and administration of the SAP ETL and DI environment ·         Good communication and documentation skills ·         Ability to work under pressure on odd hours/weekends ·         Understanding on Data warehouse design principles
Hyperion	4-8 years	Skillset : Hyperion Essbase, Planning, FR,Scripts & Proj Documentation ·         Minimum 4 years experience in Hyperion Planning ·         Ability to create business rules and web forms ·         Creation of reports in financial reporting ·         Implementation of security in shared services
