Job Position : Team Lead

Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka

Desired Experience : 4 to 6 Years (Mandatory)

Job Description :
• Stay current with testing platforms, features and functionality of testing sites
• Stay current with existing and new requirements of products and offerings
• Stay current with release scope and new implementations of upcoming releases
• Provide progress reports for all testing projects and provide timely and accurate reporting
• Identify testing processes, process improvements, and best practices for testing
• Help ensure overall system quality of the Team handled.
• Provide direct supervision of QA team members
• Train and motivate new and existing QA team members
• Provide personnel support and promote team spirit
• Provide conflict resolution in a diplomatic way
• Mentor existing and new team members
• Work with development team as needed in testing certain designated releases
• Minimum of 1 year leading experience is mandatory
