• Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
• Provision of the over-the-telephone calls logging, 1st Line Support.
• Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
• Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK.
• To solve the technical problems remotely.
• Knowledge of Software Installation.
• Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
• Logging Tickets on priority basis of critical Issues using TICKETING TOOL.
