Desired Candidate Profile
- Expertise with HR module
- 6-15 years of SAP experience with Payroll (PY), Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration(PA) & Time Management (TM)
- At least 2 full cycle implementation experience with ECC5.0 & ECC6.0 is a must.
- Domain knowledge in HR processes preferred.
- Kenya specific payroll experienced preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skill is prerequisite
- Experience of global assignments would be preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Work independently, manage small engagements or work as part of large engagement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the software project lifecycle and project management processes
- Experienced in business process definition and integrating mobile technology into varied environments and work practices
- Excellent planning, time management and organization skills
- Min 6-8 years of relevant SAP experience
- Should be open for international travel

Job Description:
- Responsible for driving large engagements (through the entire lifecycle)
- Lead SAP practice in the organization, with primary focus on HR (Payroll) module
- Lead the HR module including complete implementation, Product Installation and Integration
- Prepare planning documents
- Establish credibility at all levels within the clients
- Provide Leadership and work guidance to associates
- Drive Functional and technical discussions with client project team during discovery/design sessions
- Provide inputs for pre-sales initiatives as subject matter expert
- Lead SAP teams in creating Functional Requirement Specification /High Level Solution Design/Detail Design Solution documents
- Use technical skills in internal SAP team as well as external software products necessary to meet customer requirements
- Responsible for project success and should be able to handle more than one project as an architect
