Summary :
The requirement is for one of our leading Oil & Gas customer. Customer has a center of Excellence for integrated well designs specializes in, sustained engineering for commercial products, Rapid Response projects to meet specific client requirements.
Activities need to be performed :
• Design and drafting of mechanical components per customer standards.
• Work on PDM software used at customer location for data management.
• Drafting of already designed components per customer standards.
• Analytical calculation of strength of components to suit operational environment.
• Manage large assemblies and assembly drawings
• Create exploded view drawings/service drawings for large assemblies
• Coordinate with team at Hyderabad
Basic Qualifications :
• Min 4 to 5 years of experience in engineering design and must be proficient in ProEngineer
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills required
• Experience in any product data management software.
• Good knowledge in GD & T.
Desired Technical Skills :
• Good knowledge on Product life cycle.
• Knowledge on Oil and Gas industry components and processes
• Capable of doing analytical design calculations to know the strength of any mechanical component. A good knowledge on FEA tools is an added advantage.
