Skills Required:
1. Minimum 2-8 years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design
2. Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to, C#,.Net,WPF and Silverlight

6. Proven leadership and managerial skills to "independently" manage a track of work, with 4 - 7 people, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle
7. Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution
