Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Position : Power Electronics Engineers for Engineering Vertical
Experience: At least 4-6 years of post-qualification experience designing products in Power Electronics. The candidate should be well conversant with international standards for PCB designs including EMI/EMC, and should have experience in designing High Voltage and High frequency PC Boards. Knowledge and design experience on communication protocols like RS485, CAN, Ethernet etc.
In addition, should have hands-on experience in the following activities:
- Design of high/medium voltage converters employing IGBTs, GTOs & Thyristors
- Conversant with various converter control philosophies and control of application equipments
- General Arrangement of power electronic components in converter box
- Calculation, design and arrangement of cooling system for medium/high voltage converters
· Selection of control Instrumentation like Temperature controllers, pressure transducers and other field devices.
· Conversant with converter control software and application development
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with specialization in Power Electronics.
Should have excellent communication skills, and the candidate will have to interact with the customer and various other design teams involved in the program. "
