Skill: .Net

Experience : 5 to 7 years (Mandatory)

· Should have hands-on experience in .Net development including in areas such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web Services, SQL Server 2000 & UML.
· Should be able to do analysis, design, gather business requirements and effectively turn into development specifications, prepare design documents & participate in reviews.
· Candidates with over 5 years experience should be able to supervise 4-6 team members
· Experience in developing web applications is an added advantage


Skill: SharePoint Portal

Experience : 3 to 7 years (Mandatory)

· Candidates should have designed/built & deployed Office SharePoint Server 2007 with ISA Server 2006 (security gateway)
· Should have designed/built & deployed Custom Windows Workflow (WF 3.0) with MOSS 2007 or WSS 3.0.
· Should have experience in ASP.Net & SQL Server
· Should have prior experience in Migration / Development projects.
· Should have good analytical and communication skills.


Skill: SQL Server

Experience : 3 to 7 years (Mandatory)

· The candidates should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server
· Must be proficient in performance tuning in SQL Server 2005/ 2008, SQL Server Reporting Services & SQL Server Integration Services
· Knowledge of datawarehousing concepts and exposure to Teradata is an added advantage
· Must have strong database architecting and designing skills


Skill : IBM Mainframe

Experience : 4 to 7 years (Mandatory)

· The candidates should have 4 years of hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2/VSAM/IMS-DB.
· Should have excellent analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
· Should have very good customer management and negotiation skills.
· Should be able to work independently and in a team environment effectively with minimum supervision.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Should have exposure to Software Configuration and Release Management for application code
