POSITIONS AT BENGALURU/HYDERABAD

DESIGN ENGINEERS - PROE/CATIA (Job Code: PROE/CATIA)

Qualification: B.E. or Diploma (Mechanical/ Automotive/Industrial Production)

Job Description: 2 - 7 years of experience in PROE/CATIA Part modelling, Assembly modelling, Part and assembly detailing. Should have good understanding of Part/Assembly/BOM configurations with basic engineering knowledge of ASME drafting standards and practices. Exposure to Automotive/Off-highway equipment, Production Machinery, manufacturing environment and team center would be an advantage. Should be quality conscious, self-driven and a good team player with good written and oral communication skills.

Candidates to work in Chennai for the initial 6 months and then later they would be relocated to Bengaluru or Hyderabad.

 

WIND TURBINE COMPONENT DESIGN ENGINEERS (Job Code: WTCD)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. (Mechanical/Composite/Aeronautics/Chemical/Plastics/Industrial Production/Electrical /Electronics or equivalent)

Software skills required: Inventor/Auto CAD/solid works/solid edge.

Job Description: 5-10 years of experience in Wind Turbine Nacelle cover and nose cone design/composite materials/Rotor blade design/Process control engineer/ manufacturing.

 

INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEERS (Job Code: I&C)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical/ Computer Science or equivalent.

Job Description: 3-5 years of experience in Steam/Gas turbine and Balance of plant controls applications. Experience in Power Generation Industry will be preferred. Familiarity with Cimplicity software and Controls Products – Mark* V, Mark* VI, Mark* Vie, and other DCS like CS3000, ABB 800 XA, Emerson Ovation, Honeywell Experion, ALSTOM and SIEMENS Teleperm XP will be an advantage. Responsible for P&ID's review, preparation of system design control specification (SDCS), Cause and Effect Diagram (C&E), control narratives and logic diagrams, application software/HMI development based on SDCS, C&E and control narratives. DCS Panel and network architecture design and engineering.

 

PRODUCT ENGINEERS/ENGINEERING MANAGERS - HEAVY ENGINEERING/ INDUSTRIAL POWER TOOLS (Job Code: PD-HEIPT)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. (Mechanical/Mechatronics)

Job Description: 5 - 12 years of experience in product design with at least 3 - 9 years of product engineering experience related to heavy engineering in Automotive/Off-highway equipments. Candidates should have functional design knowledge in one or few of the areas like light/heavy fabrications, castings, hydraulics, fluid lines and electrical wire harness and routings. Candidates should be exposed to the complete product development process, good in interpreting the requirements, making design calculations and aid the team in taking design decisions. Product Experience in engine Integration and packaging, transmission, lower power train, cooling system, exhaust and air intake system with knowledge of exhaust emission regulations will be an advantage. Candidates with more than 9-12 years of experience would be considered for project management roles. They should have exposure to the design lifecycle of a product along with experience in leading teams and managing all the aspects of project management.

For Industrial power tool requirements candidates should have at least 6 - 9 years of experience in product design related to industrial portable power tools (Air, pneumatic & battery operated), NPD, specification development, end-to-end engineering solutions from concept to product launch. Experience in prototype development, physical testing and validation, supplier collaboration, product certification processes (CE, ROHS, EEE) will be an added advantage. Exposure to mechatronic systems, electrical and electronics will be an advantage. Hands-on experience on Pro-E/UG is essential for both the requirements.

 

PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERS/CONSULTANTS - PRODUCTION MACHINERY/SPMS (Job Code: PD-PM)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. (Mechanical/Machine Design)

Job Description: Overall 6 - 15 years of experience in product design with at least

4 - 12 years in the design of production machinery and special purpose machines. Design experience in soda can manufacturing machines will be preferred. Should have experience in handling NPD projects from concept to product launch. Should have good design knowledge on kinematic linkages/mechanisms/ inertia calculations. Basic knowledge in electrical systems, PLC, drives, motors, sensors, actuators, hydraulics and pneumatic applications is desired to support product design activities. Tool knowledge required is solid edge/solid works.

 

TECHNICAL PUBLICATION ENGINEERS - AUTHORING/ILLUSTRATION (Job Code: TPE)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/ Automotive/Industrial/Electrical)

Job Description: 3 - 9 years of experience in Technical writing/illustration for Heavy machinery/aerospace/automotive. Candidates should be conversant with engineering drawings, interpret the operation/functions of the machinery, Operator Manual/Parts Catalog. Hands-on experience in Heavy Machinery and publication tools like Framemaker, Isodraw, adobe illustrator etc will be an advantage.

Candidates with 7-9 years of experience will be considered for lead positions.

 

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ENGINEERS (Job Code: ESE)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical)

Job description: 7 - 10 years of experience in Design of electrical system for Automotive/ earthmoving equipment. The candidate should be conversant in the formulation of electrical specification and selection of components using load calculation and sizing. In addition should know design of wire-harness and selection of harness components. Knowledge of electrical schematics and international standards is essential. Familiarity with E3 will be an advantage.

 

 

POSITIONS AT HYDERABAD

OIL & GAS - STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS (Job Code: OGSE)

Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech./Ph.D.

Job description: 12 - 18 years of experience in structural design and analysis of offshore structures and ability to use STAAD Pro, SACS, ANSYS, AutoCAD  tools. Should be familiar with industry codes including ABS/DNV/API etc.

 

OIL & GAS - PROGRAM MANAGERS (Job Code: OGPM)

Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech.

Job Description: 10 - 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in offshore Oil & Gas industry (Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Electrical). Will be responsible for program delivery, account plans, customer satisfaction, status reporting, issue resolutions and build mitigation plans.

 

OIL & GAS - PACKAGE ENGINEERS (Job Code: OGPE)

Qualification: B.Tech.

Job Description: 8 - 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas industry. Will develop work packages for modifications on oil platforms and rigs and be responsible for overall SOW, i.e.  establishing specifications, eng. process and product, procurement, prefabrication, mechanical completion and commissioning.

 

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS (Job Code: FEA)

Qualification: Masters/Ph.D. in Engineering

Job Description: 2 - 10 years of experience in FEA simulations for Heavy engineering/ Marine/Automobile industry segments. Should be conversant with ANSYS Classic/ ANSYS Workbench/Hypermesh/ABAQUS tools.

 

NAVAL ARCHITECTS (Job Code: NAV)

Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech

Job Description: 8 - 12 years of experience in designing ships or offshore structures. Should manage and coordinate resources, check, review and approve technical deliverables, involve in preparing proposals and developing costs.
