Develop software to supplied User Story requirements within agreed timescales.
Escalate issues which cause development of User Story to fall outside of agreed timescale, and contribute to solution to issues.
Identify any areas within a User Story that will cause conflict with business processes within other User Stories.
Ability to suggest improvements to a User Story and communicate these to Business Analyst.
Suggest code improvements to other developers in order to optimise performance of the application.
Ability to create a Technical Specification from a User Story.
Communicate effectively, both written and orally, with other team members.
