Role : Software Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and use Automated Testing Tools for performance of regression and other types of testing
• Create Automated and manual tests for a product functionality working in conjunction with the developers.
• Perform complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products
• Be able to adapt to and learn the RedPrairie Enterprise Framework and provide mentorship to other members of the team.
• Conduct unit testing of development work to validate functionality against specifications and to ensure the proper performance of the application using real world data sets and scenarios.
• Follow established RedPrairie s/w development methodology using the quality milestone measurements.
• Provide status updates of testing activities in a clear and concise manner.
• Be open to the possibility of travel/training at the Waukesha office in the US

Education, experience and/or skill set:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 1 - 3 years of relevant industry experience (Supply Chain/Transportation Industry) with exposure to testing medium to large scale applications
• Proficiency in some automated testing tool like TestComplete, Fitnesse, Selenium and QTP (Quick Test Professional)
• Experience working in Agile teams, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration
Techniques and Tools
• Excellent analytical and design skills at multi-product level
• Excellent understanding of entire development process, including specification,
• documentation and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
