The Job Description for the positions are mentioned below:       

 

Structural Analysis Engineers - (Ansys/Hypermesh/Nastran/Patran/Abaqus):

 

Qualification: BE/MTech (Mechanical/Aeronautical), Experience: 1-8 Years

 

The candidates should: Have experience in structural analysis of aerospace / automotive components using 2D/3D FE modeling and Analysis tools. Candidates should be conversant with one or more areas of the following structural analyses: static, dynamics, non-linear involving. Hands on experience in pre/post processing automation using programming languages like PCL and TCL/TK would be an advantage. Candidates should be good at interpreting FEA results to aid design decisions.

Catia V4/V5: 

 

Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Aeronautical), Experience: 3-10 Years

 

The candidates should: Have experience in Aerospace Component/structure Design/ using Catia basic. Good knowledge in drawing reading, GD &T and rework on manufacturing defects (Concessions).  The Manufacturing Methods, Planning, Assembly & Installations knowledge are the added advantage.

Senior Design Engineers – Catia:

 

Qualification: BE (Mechanical), Experience: 4-7 Years

 

The candidates should: Have Mechanical Engineering Experience with Modeling and detailing, preferably in Rail Domain in CATIA V5. Create Manufacturing drawings along with Models and Assemblies for components, Sheet Metal parts, Sub-assemblies and Assemblies. Create Bill of Materials in Product Data Management. Change Management for Bill of Materials and drawings.

 

Job Location: Hyderabad

 

Senior Design Engineers – UG / Pro E:

 

Qualification: BE (Mechanical), Experience: 4-7 Years

The candidates should have: Experience in Product Design, Concept design, Reverse Engineering , 3D modeling and 2D drafting out of which a minimum of 3 to 4 years of  experience in UGNX6 or Pro-E (wildfire 3 & 4).
