Mandatory Skills :
• Java/J2EE, Spring, RDBMS, ORM tool, SOA/Web Services.
• Candidate must have over 5 years of hands-on experience in J2EE technologies.
• Must have handled a team of 3 to 5 members in the past.
• Must have hands on experience on Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Web Services, and Design Patterns.
• Should have worked on any ORM tool on Java/J2EE environment.
• RDBMS: Should have been part of at least one end to end implementation
• Should have experience in Database installation and upgrades.
• Should have experience in database Performance Tuning.
• Candidate should have prior experience of handling high volume of data in their earlier projects.

Job Description :
• Exposure with object-oriented design and analysis including the use of UML.
• Candidate should be well versed with the deployment and tuning of exposure in application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• Should have worked in atleast one of the ORM tools like Oracle Toplink, Hibernate, or ibatis.
• Should have experience in designing (High Level & Low Level) for J2EE applications using UML and various J2EE/OO Design patterns meeting performance, and security requirements.
• Should be able to give technical presentation to customer and handle the calls independently.

Good to have skills :
• Good to have hands on Oracle database and PL/SQL experience
• Good to have some Installation and Deployment experience preferable using some installer tool.
